Draft — not a contract, awaiting legal review. This is a plain-language statement of intent, not binding terms. The health and injury sections in particular need professional review before anything ships.

TERMS

The deal, in plain language.

What XR is

A training system. XR Fit prescribes sessions based on what you report; the other apps track fuel, meal preparation and lab markers alongside it. It is software, not a coach who can watch you move and not a clinician.

Physical activity carries risk

Training can injure you. XR prescribes loads from the effort and reps you report, and it cannot see your technique, your history or your health. If a movement hurts, stop it — the system treats pain as a reason to substitute, and so should you. Speak to a doctor before starting if you have any reason to.

XR Health is not medical advice

It records what you and your clinician decide. It does not recommend protocols, does not interpret results as a diagnosis, and never surfaces a dose. Nothing in it replaces professional medical care.

Your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store when purchased in an app, on the cycle you choose, and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not delete your training history.

Your data stays yours

You own what you enter. We do not sell it. See the privacy page for what is stored and how isolation is enforced.

What we can promise about availability

Three of the four apps are still being built, and this site says so on every page that mentions them. We do not promise dates we have not committed to.
