RUNNING
Strength work that does not cost you the long run.
Most runners either skip strength or do it heavy enough to wreck the next quality session. The conflict is real and it is a scheduling problem before it is a programming one.
WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES ABOUT IT
Because training load and fuel targets move together, a heavy lifting week does not silently arrive with the same intake as a taper week. Effort-based prescriptions mean the lift adjusts to the day rather than the calendar.
- Strength that supports mileage instead of competing with it
- Load that rises and falls with the race block
- Fuel that follows the week actually trained
There is no Running-specific mode. The engine is the same one every XR athlete uses — what changes is the block it writes, because your race and your reported effort are different from theirs.
What Runners get
XR Fit
The coach that writes the session you can actually do today.
818 movements with equipment and setup, so a session can be substituted rather than skipped.
More about XR FitThe rest of the system
Fuel, Kitchen and Health read from the same block — targets, prep and markers all move with the training you actually did.
XR Fit is on iPhone today; the other three are in build.
