Pallof Press (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Pallof Press

How to do it

Set one digital-resistance cable at mid-chest height and stand sideways to the anchor holding the handle at your sternum with both hands. Press straight out without rotating, pause with arms extended, then return slowly to your chest. Complete the set facing the other direction.

Setup

Stand side-on to a chest-height cable with feet about shoulder width and both hands around one handle. Step away for tension, soften the knees, and stack ribs over pelvis.

Where you should feel it

Through the core and obliques resisting rotation, with the glutes and inner thighs stabilizing the stance. The arms move while the torso stays square.

When to use it

Use for anti-rotation trunk strength, bracing practice, and side-to-side core assessment. Hold or repeat each press under controlled resistance.
