Reverse Crunch (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Reverse Crunch

How to do it

Attach the low digital-resistance cable to secure ankle cuffs or a purpose-built dual-foot strap and lie facing away from the anchor with knees bent. Curl the knees toward the chest and roll the pelvis off the floor, then lower slowly under programmed resistance without arching the back.

Setup

Use secure ankle cuffs or a purpose-built foot attachment on the low digital-resistance cable and lie with the line pulling the feet away from the torso. Brace the hands, ribs, and pelvis before loading.

Where you should feel it

Across the lower abdominal wall during the pelvic curl and loaded return, with the hip flexors bringing the thighs inward. Avoid turning it into a leg swing.

When to use it

Use for programmable loaded reverse-crunch work and eccentric pelvic-control training. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
