Hip Adduction (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Hip Adduction
How to do it
Attach an ankle cuff to the low digital-resistance cable and stand side-on while holding a stable support. Draw the cuffed leg inward and across the midline without rotating the pelvis, pause while squeezing the inner thigh, then return slowly against the programmed resistance. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.
Setup
Attach a secure ankle cuff to the low digital-resistance cable and stand side-on holding a stable support. Brace the planted foot, keep the pelvis level, torso tall, and working toes forward.
Where you should feel it
Along the inner thigh of the working leg during the pull and loaded return, with the core, outer hip, and planted calf maintaining balance. Keep the pelvis square.
When to use it
Use for programmable unilateral inner-thigh volume, eccentric control, and side-to-side comparison. Favor 10-20 reps per side.
