Upright Row (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Upright Row
How to do it
Set the digital-resistance cable low and hold a straight bar or two linked handles evenly in front of your thighs. Pull upward close to your body by leading with both elbows until the hands reach lower-chest height, then lower under control without shrugging or forcing painful shoulder range.
Setup
Use a low straight bar or two evenly set digital-resistance handles with an overhand or neutral grip. Stand centered with straight wrists, shoulders down, and torso braced.
Where you should feel it
Across both middle shoulders and upper traps with the biceps assisting during the pull and loaded return. Stop below any shoulder pinching.
When to use it
Use for programmable delt and trap volume with eccentric control and adjustable grip geometry. Favor moderate, repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
