Glute Bridge (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Glute Bridge, XR-Gear Glute Bridge
How to do it
Lie on the floor with knees bent, feet flat, and the padded digital-resistance belt or attachment secured evenly across your hips. Drive through both feet to raise your hips to a straight knee-to-shoulder line, squeeze your glutes, then lower under control against the programmed resistance.
Setup
Set the digital-resistance cable low, secure the padded belt evenly across your hip creases, and plant both feet with shins near vertical at the top. Center the cable, brace your abdomen, and keep your ribs down.
Where you should feel it
In both glutes during the drive and programmed return, with the hamstrings assisting. Lower-back pressure or an uneven belt pull means the setup, load, or top range needs adjustment.
When to use it
Use for programmable floor-based glute work with controlled resistance and quick load changes. It offers less range than the bench-supported hip thrust and works well for deliberate sets of roughly 10-20 reps.
