Pull-Through (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Pull-Through

How to do it

Face away from the low digital-resistance cable with a rope held between your legs. Step forward for tension, push your hips backward into a hinge with a neutral spine, then drive your hips forward to stand tall and squeeze your glutes. Return under control without turning the movement into a squat.

Setup

Set the digital-resistance cable low, attach a rope, and face away holding both ends between the legs. Step forward for continuous tension, set the feet around hip width, soften the knees, keep the arms long, and brace a neutral spine.

Where you should feel it

Through the glutes and hamstrings during the hip drive and loaded return, while the lower back and core stabilize the spine and the forearms hold the rope. Keep the movement at the hips.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral hinge practice, posterior-chain volume, and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps without squatting or hyperextending.
