Pullover (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Pullover

How to do it

Lie on a bench and grip the digital-resistance handle overhead with both hands, arms extended. Lower it in an arc behind your head feeling a stretch through the lats and chest, then pull it back over your chest.

Setup

Align a bench with the low digital-resistance cable and hold the handle securely with both hands. Start under consistent tension with straight wrists, ribs down, and a soft elbow bend that remains fixed.

Where you should feel it

Through the lats and chest during the pulling arc and the deliberately loaded return, with the core resisting rib flare. The triceps should not turn it into an elbow extension.

When to use it

Use for repeatable pullover volume with programmable resistance and eccentric control. It suits moderate 8-15-rep sets and quick load adjustments.
