Chest Fly (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Chest Fly

How to do it

Grip the XR-Gear digital-resistance handles with arms extended out to your sides at chest height. Sweep your arms in a wide arc to bring the handles together in front of your chest, then return slowly to the stretch.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance cables evenly at chest height and stand or position a bench centered between them. Hold one handle per hand with palms facing inward, shoulder blades controlled, and a soft, fixed elbow bend.

Where you should feel it

Across the chest during the closing arc and throughout the deliberately loaded return. The shoulders should guide the handles without taking over the movement.

When to use it

Use for chest hypertrophy with programmable resistance and a controlled eccentric phase. It is useful for repeatable 8-15-rep sets and quick load changes without leaving the station.
