Crossover (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Crossover, High Fly (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set both digital-resistance handles high and step forward with the arms open and elbows slightly bent. Sweep the handles down and inward in an arc until they meet in front of your lower chest, squeeze, then return under control to the stretched start.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles high and evenly, then step forward into a stable split stance. Keep wrists neutral, shoulder blades controlled, elbows softly bent, and starting tension matched.

Where you should feel it

Across the chest during the down-and-in sweep and programmable return, with the front shoulders assisting and the core holding the torso against the cable pull.

When to use it

Use for programmable standing chest volume with a high-to-low path and controlled eccentric loading. Favor repeatable sets of 10-20 reps.
