Decline Fly (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Decline Fly, Decline Flyes (Digital Resistance)
How to do it
Set a decline bench around 15-20 degrees between two high digital-resistance cables and secure your legs. Lie back with one handle in each hand, arms open and elbows softly bent. Sweep both handles down and together over your chest, squeeze, then return slowly under programmed resistance to a controlled stretch.
Setup
Match both high digital-resistance handles and center the decline bench beneath them. Secure the legs, set the shoulder blades, hold palms inward, and maintain a soft fixed elbow bend.
Where you should feel it
Across the lower and mid chest during the downward closing arc and loaded return, with the front shoulders assisting. Reduce the stretched range if the shoulders dominate.
When to use it
Use for programmable decline-angle chest hypertrophy and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps after compound pressing.
