Incline Fly (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Incline Flye
How to do it
Set the bench to 30–45° — shallower keeps the stretch across the chest, steeper shifts it to the front delts. Set it between XR-Gear's digital-resistance handles set low and lie back gripping a handle in each hand, arms wide. Sweep the handles up and together in an arc over your chest, then lower slowly to a stretch.
Setup
Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees between two low digital-resistance cables and match both handles. Lie back with feet planted, shoulder blades set, palms inward, and a soft fixed elbow bend.
Where you should feel it
Across the upper chest during the closing arc and loaded return, with the front shoulders assisting. Reduce the angle or bottom range if the shoulders dominate.
When to use it
Use for upper-chest hypertrophy with programmable resistance and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps after compound pressing.
