Incline Fly (Resistance Band)
How to do it
Set the bench to 30–45° — shallower keeps the stretch across the chest, steeper shifts it to the front delts. Anchor the bands low behind it and lie back holding a handle in each hand, arms wide. Sweep the handles up and together in an arc over your chest, then lower slowly to a stretch.
Setup
Set a bench to about 30-45 degrees and anchor two bands low behind it with equal tension. Lie back with feet planted, shoulder blades set, palms inward, and a soft fixed elbow bend.
Where you should feel it
Across the upper chest with resistance increasing as the hands meet, while the front shoulders assist and the core keeps the torso stable. Control the band through the return.
When to use it
Use for portable upper-chest volume, warm-ups, or high-repetition finishers. Smooth sets of 12-20 reps suit the rising resistance.
