Low Crossover (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Low Crossover, Low Fly (Digital Resistance), Low-to-High Fly (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set both digital-resistance cables low and stand centered one step forward with a handle in each hand. Sweep both handles upward and inward in a fixed-elbow arc until they meet in front of the upper chest, squeeze, then return slowly against the programmed resistance to the low stretched position without leaning or pressing.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance cables low and match their lengths. Stand centered in a staggered stance with neutral wrists, arms low and open, elbows softly bent and fixed, shoulders down, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

Across the chest with emphasis toward the upper fibers during the upward sweep and loaded return, with the front delts assisting. The biceps, forearms, and core hold the arm shape and posture.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral chest volume and eccentric control with a low-to-high line of pull. Favor controlled sets of 10-20 reps.
