Low Crossover (Machine)
Also called Low Fly (Machine), Low-to-High Fly (Machine)
How to do it
Set both machine handles to the low position and stand or sit centered with one handle in each hand. Sweep the handles upward and inward in a fixed-elbow arc until they meet in front of the upper chest, squeeze, then return slowly to the low stretched start without shrugging or turning the movement into a press.
Setup
Adjust both machine arms to the same low start and position yourself centered in the resistance path. Hold the handles with neutral wrists, arms low and open, elbows softly bent and fixed, shoulders down, and torso supported or braced.
Where you should feel it
Across the chest with emphasis toward the upper fibers along the guided upward arc, with the front delts assisting. The biceps and forearms hold the arm position while the core keeps the torso still.
When to use it
Use for stable bilateral chest hypertrophy with a guided low-to-high path and simple load progression. Controlled sets of 10-20 reps fit well.
