Low Crossover (Resistance Band)

Also called Low Fly (Resistance Band), Low-to-High Band Fly

How to do it

Anchor both sides of a resistance band securely low behind you and stand forward with one end in each hand. Sweep both hands upward and inward in a fixed-elbow arc until they meet in front of the upper chest, squeeze, then return slowly to the low open start without losing tension or leaning.

Setup

Anchor the band securely at two low points behind you and stand centered in a staggered stance. Hold one end in each hand with equal tension, neutral wrists, arms low and open, elbows softly bent and fixed, shoulders down, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

Across the chest with emphasis toward the upper fibers and band tension increasing as the hands meet, with the front delts assisting. The biceps, forearms, and core stabilize the arm shape and stance.

When to use it

Use for portable low-to-high chest activation and higher-repetition fly work. Smooth sets of 12-25 reps suit the rising band resistance.
