Bench Press (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Bench Press, Chest Press (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Lie on a bench between the digital-resistance handles set at chest height and grip one in each hand. Press both handles up and together to full extension, then return under control to a chest stretch.

Setup

Center a flat bench between the low digital-resistance cables, set both handles evenly, and lie back with your feet planted and shoulder blades drawn down and together. Hold one handle in each hand with wrists stacked over elbows.

Where you should feel it

Across the chest during both the press and loaded return, with the triceps finishing near lockout. If the front shoulders take over, keep the handles over the mid-chest and reduce the bottom range.

When to use it

Use when you want a chest press with programmable, consistent resistance and independent handles. It suits controlled strength or hypertrophy work and makes load changes quick between sets.
