Incline Bench Press (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Incline Bench Press
How to do it
Set the bench to 30–45° — past ~45° the front delts start taking over from the upper chest. Set it between XR-Gear's digital-resistance handles and lie back, gripping a handle at shoulder height in each hand. Press both handles up and together to full extension, then lower under control to the start.
Setup
Set the bench to about 30-45 degrees between the low digital-resistance cables, match both handle settings, and lie back with feet planted and shoulder blades pinned. Start with wrists stacked over elbows beside the upper chest.
Where you should feel it
Across the upper chest during both the press and loaded return, with the front delts and triceps assisting. Excessive shoulder work usually means the incline is too steep or the handles are drifting toward your face.
When to use it
Use for programmable upper-chest pressing with independent handles and consistent resistance. It supports controlled strength or hypertrophy work and quick load changes between sets.
