Glute Bridge (Machine)

Also called Machine Glute Bridge, Supine Glute Drive Machine

How to do it

Lie in the dedicated bridge machine with your shoulders supported, feet planted, and the hip pad secured. Drive through both feet to extend your hips until your body forms a straight knee-to-shoulder line, squeeze your glutes, then lower the machine under control.

Setup

Adjust the dedicated supine bridge machine so its hip pad centers over your hip creases and your shoulders remain on the back support. Plant both feet with shins near vertical at the top and secure all restraints.

Where you should feel it

In both glutes through the guided bridge path, with the hamstrings assisting. Hamstring cramping or lower-back pressure usually means the foot position or top range needs adjustment.

When to use it

Use for stable floor-bridge loading when balance and free-weight setup are not training goals. The guided path supports controlled glute volume and simple progression near fatigue.
