Rear Delt Fly (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Reverse Fly, Reverse Flyes (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set the digital-resistance cables around shoulder height and hold the handles with your arms extended in front of you. Open both arms in a wide reverse-fly arc, squeezing your rear shoulders and shoulder blades, then return under control without shrugging or leaning backward.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance cables around shoulder height and cross the handles in front of you. Stand centered with straight wrists, soft elbows, shoulders down, and ribs stacked.

Where you should feel it

Across the rear shoulders and between the shoulder blades during the opening arc and loaded return, with the core holding the torso still. Avoid pulling the elbows behind you like a row.

When to use it

Use for programmable rear-delt volume and controlled eccentric work. It suits deliberate sets of 10-20 reps with quick resistance changes.
