Bent Over Row (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Bent Over Row

How to do it

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly at the low position and stand facing the unit holding one in each hand. Hinge forward with a neutral spine and arms extended, pull both handles toward your ribs, then extend under control without changing your torso angle.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly at the low position, step back for tension, and hinge to a stable inclined torso with soft knees. Hold your arms beneath the shoulders, brace your trunk, and keep both cables clear of your legs.

Where you should feel it

Between the shoulder blades and along the lats during the pull and loaded return, with the biceps assisting and the posterior chain holding the hinge. If your torso rises each rep, reduce the resistance.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral bent-over rowing with independent handles and consistent resistance. It combines back volume with hinge-position endurance and allows quick load or resistance-profile changes.
