Chest-Supported Row (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Chest-Supported Row, Leverage Iso Row (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Lean chest-first against a support pad facing the XR-Gear digital-resistance handles set at chest height. Pull the handles back, driving your elbows behind you and squeezing your shoulder blades, then extend forward under control.

Setup

Set a chest support facing the digital-resistance handles at lower-chest height and match both cable lengths. Keep wrists neutral, shoulders down, feet braced, and chest fixed to the pad.

Where you should feel it

Through the lats and biceps during the pull and loaded return, with the rhomboids and rear delts retracting the shoulder blades. Avoid lifting from the support.

When to use it

Use for programmable chest-supported rowing volume and eccentric control without lower-back fatigue. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
