High Row (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance High Row
How to do it
Sit or stand facing matched high digital-resistance cables with both arms extended upward and forward. Pull the handles down and back toward the upper ribs by driving the elbows beside the torso and retracting the shoulder blades, pause, then return slowly against the programmed resistance without shrugging or rocking.
Setup
Set both digital-resistance cables above shoulder height with matched lengths and hold one handle in each hand. Brace the stance or thighs, keep wrists neutral, chest tall, shoulders down, and torso fixed.
Where you should feel it
Through the lats and rhomboids during the pull and loaded return, with the biceps, rear delts, and traps assisting while the core and forearms stabilize the handles.
When to use it
Use for programmable bilateral high-row volume and eccentric control with an adjustable high-to-low path. Favor controlled sets of 8-15 reps.
