Kneeling High Pulley Row (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Kneel facing an XR-Gear digital-resistance handle anchored above head height and hold it in one hand with the arm extended up and forward. Pull down and back to the ribs, driving the elbow past your side and squeezing the lat, then control the return to a full overhead stretch. Digital resistance holds tension through the whole return, so the stretch stays loaded.

Setup

Half-kneeling or tall-kneeling square to the anchor, hips under the shoulders and glutes squeezed. Handle in one hand, arm reaching up and forward at roughly 45 degrees, free hand on the hip.

Where you should feel it

Stretch down the outside of the back at the top, then the lat under the armpit as the elbow passes the ribs. Bicep-dominant means you are pulling with the hand rather than leading with the elbow.

When to use it

Long-range lat work on XR-Gear kit, with steady tension through the return and the kneeling position resisting rotation. 10-15 reps per side as accessory pulling.
