Rear Delt Row (Digital Resistance)

Also called Rope Rear-Delt Rows (Digital Resistance), Digital Resistance Rope Rear-Delt Row

How to do it

Set matched digital-resistance handles around chest height and hold a rope or separate handles at straight arms. Pull toward the upper chest by driving both elbows high and wide, retract the shoulder blades, then return slowly against the programmed resistance without shrugging or rocking.

Setup

Set both cables around chest height with matched lengths and use a rope or paired handles. Sit or stand braced with neutral wrists, arms extended, chest tall, shoulders down, and torso fixed.

Where you should feel it

Across the rear delts and between the shoulder blades during the pull and loaded return, with the rhomboids, biceps, and traps assisting while the core, lower back, and forearms stabilize.

When to use it

Use for programmable rear-delt and upper-back volume with eccentric control and a high-elbow path. Favor controlled sets of 10-20 reps.
