Row (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Sit facing XR-Gear's digital-resistance handles with arms extended forward and a slight chest lean. Pull the handles toward your torso, driving elbows back and squeezing the lats, then extend arms fully to reset.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly around lower-chest height and sit or stand centered with your feet braced. Hold the handles with arms extended, shoulders down, and torso tall before pulling.

Where you should feel it

Through the lats and between the shoulder blades during the pull and loaded return, with the biceps assisting. Torso rocking or hand-dominant effort means the load is too high or the elbows are not leading.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral rowing with independent handles and consistent resistance. It suits controlled strength or hypertrophy work and quick load or resistance-profile changes between sets.
