Seated Row (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Seated Row, Elevated Rows (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Sit facing the digital-resistance unit with your feet braced, torso tall, and both hands holding the attachment with your arms extended. Pull toward your lower chest by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades, then return under control to straight arms without rocking or rounding your back.

Setup

Sit facing the digital-resistance unit with both feet braced and the cable lengths matched. Hold both handles with neutral wrists, arms extended, torso tall, shoulders down, and ribs stacked over the pelvis.

Where you should feel it

Through the lats and biceps during the pull and loaded return, with the rhomboids and rear delts retracting the shoulder blades. Keep the forearms, core, and lower back braced without leaning.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral back volume, eccentric control, and repeatable loading. Favor controlled sets of 8-15 reps with the torso fixed.
