Shrug (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Shrug, Leverage Shrug (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Stand with the digital-resistance handles at your sides, arms long and shoulders relaxed. Shrug both shoulders straight toward your ears without bending your elbows, pause, then lower slowly to a full stretch without rolling them.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly at your sides and stand centered between them. Keep your arms long, wrists neutral, shoulders relaxed at the bottom, and torso upright.

Where you should feel it

Across the upper traps during the lift and deliberately loaded return, with the core keeping the body still. Avoid elbow bend, knee drive, and shoulder rolling.

When to use it

Use for repeatable trap work with programmable load and eccentric control. It suits deliberate sets of 8-15 reps and quick load changes.
