Box Squat (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Box Squat, Squat to Box (Digital Resistance)
How to do it
Hold matched low digital-resistance handles at the shoulders or sides and stand just ahead of a stable box. Sit the hips back and down until they contact the box, pause briefly without relaxing or rocking, then drive through the whole feet to stand against the programmed resistance. Keep the knees aligned and repeat the same depth.
Setup
Set both digital-resistance cables low with matched lengths and position a stable box centered with clear cable paths. Hold the handles evenly, stand just ahead of the box, brace the torso, and align the knees over the toes.
Where you should feel it
Through the quads and glutes during the squat and loaded return, with the hamstrings, adductors, and calves assisting while the core and lower back stabilize and the forearms secure the handles.
When to use it
Use for programmable box-squat volume, eccentric control, and repeatable depth. Favor 8-15 controlled reps without relaxing on the box.
