Reverse Wrist Curl (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Reverse Wrist Curl, Palms-Down Wrist Curl (Digital Resistance)
How to do it
Sit facing matched low digital-resistance cables with both forearms fully supported on a bench, palms down, and hold a straight bar with the wrists just past the support. Extend both wrists, squeeze the top of the forearms, then lower slowly against the programmed resistance to a comfortable stretch without moving the elbows.
Setup
Set both digital-resistance cables low with matched lengths, attach a straight bar, and align a bench with the cable path. Support both forearms fully, hold an even overhand grip, and let only the hands extend past the edge.
Where you should feel it
Along the top/outside of both forearms during wrist extension and the loaded return, with the elbows and forearms completely supported.
When to use it
Use for programmable wrist-extensor volume and eccentric control with precise light resistance. Favor 12-30 slow repetitions.
