Reverse Wrist Curl (Resistance Band)

Also called Band Reverse Wrist Curl, Palms-Down Wrist Curl (Resistance Band)

How to do it

Anchor a light resistance band low or under the feet and sit with both forearms fully supported, palms down, holding a short bar or both ends. Extend both wrists to raise the backs of the hands, squeeze the top of the forearms, then lower slowly without letting the band snap down or moving the elbows.

Setup

Secure a light band below the hands and support both forearms from elbow to wrist. Hold a short bar or both ends evenly with palms down, let only the hands extend past the support, and keep slight starting tension.

Where you should feel it

Along the top/outside of both forearms with band tension increasing as the wrists extend. Keep the elbows and forearms supported and control the lighter return range.

When to use it

Use for portable wrist-extensor endurance and higher-repetition forearm work. Perform 15-30 smooth repetitions with light band tension.
