Close-Grip Lat Pulldown (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Close-Grip Lat Pulldown, V-Bar Pulldown (Digital Resistance), Digital Resistance V-Bar Pulldown

How to do it

Sit facing XR-Gear's digital-resistance handles set overhead and grip a close, narrow attachment with both hands. Pull down to your upper chest driving your elbows to your sides, then extend back up under control.

Setup

Sit or kneel beneath the high digital-resistance cables and hold a close neutral attachment or paired handles evenly. Brace the thighs or stance, keep wrists neutral, chest tall, and shoulders down.

Where you should feel it

Down both lats and through the biceps during the pull and loaded return, with the rear delts assisting. Keep the elbows close and torso controlled.

When to use it

Use for programmable close-grip vertical pulling and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps with a stable anchor position.
