Lat Pulldown (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Lat Pulldown, Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Sit tall beneath the digital-resistance anchor and take a wide overhand grip on the bar or handles. Pull toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down, pause, then return slowly to a full overhead stretch without shrugging.

Setup

Sit or kneel beneath the high digital-resistance anchor and hold the bar or two handles wider than shoulder width. Brace the thighs or stance, keep wrists straight, chest tall, and shoulders set down.

Where you should feel it

Down the outside of both sides of the back and through the biceps during the pull and loaded return, with the rear delts assisting. Lead with the elbows rather than the hands.

When to use it

Use for programmable wide-grip vertical pulling, pull-up development, and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
