Underhand Pulldown (Digital Resistance)

Also called Underhand Pulldowns (Digital Resistance), Digital Resistance Underhand Pulldown, Reverse-Grip Lat Pulldown (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Sit or kneel beneath the high digital-resistance cables and hold a bar or matched handles with both palms facing you. Pull toward the upper chest by driving the elbows down beside the ribs, pause, then extend the arms overhead slowly against the programmed resistance without shrugging or swinging.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance cables high and use a straight bar or matched handles. Sit or kneel centered with both palms toward you, wrists straight, shoulders down, chest tall, stance braced, and cable lengths matched.

Where you should feel it

Down both lats and strongly through the biceps during the pull and loaded return, with the rear delts assisting. The forearms and core maintain the supinated grip and stable torso.

When to use it

Use for programmable supinated-grip vertical pulling and eccentric control with greater biceps contribution. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
