Pistol Squat (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Pistol Squat
How to do it
Set one digital-resistance cable low behind you and hold the handle at chest height while balancing on one leg. Lower into a controlled pistol squat with the free leg forward, then drive through the full planted foot to stand under load. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.
Setup
Set the digital-resistance cable low behind you and hold one handle securely at the chest. Stand forward for tension, balance over one full foot, extend the free leg, and square the hips.
Where you should feel it
In the working quad and glute through the loaded squat and programmable return, with the core, calf, and hips maintaining balance. Keep the resistance from pulling you backward.
When to use it
Use for programmable loaded pistol-squat strength and eccentric control. Keep cable position, resistance mode, and depth consistent for 6-12 reps per side.
