Decline Triceps Extension (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Decline Triceps Extension

How to do it

Set a bench around 15-20 degrees decline with the low digital-resistance cable behind the head end and secure your legs. Lie back holding the handle or handles above your shoulders with elbows fixed. Lower toward or behind the head by bending the elbows, then extend to lockout and return under control.

Setup

Align the decline bench with the low digital-resistance anchor behind the head end and set paired handles evenly or use a suitable attachment. Secure the legs, keep wrists neutral, and fix the upper arms.

Where you should feel it

Through both triceps during the extension and programmed return, with the front shoulders stabilizing the upper arms. Keep the cables clear of the head and bench.

When to use it

Use for programmable decline-angle triceps volume and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
