Incline Triceps Extension (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Incline Triceps Extension

How to do it

Set the bench to 30–60° — steeper sits you more upright, shallower puts more stretch on the triceps long head overhead. Sit facing away from the XR-Gear digital-resistance handles set low behind you. Extend your arms overhead until straight, then bend at the elbows to lower the handles behind your head with control.

Setup

Set an incline bench around 30-60 degrees facing away from the low digital-resistance cables and hold both handles evenly behind or above the head. Keep wrists neutral, elbows forward, and upper arms still.

Where you should feel it

Through both triceps during the extension and programmable loaded return, with the front shoulders maintaining the overhead arm angle. Avoid back arch and elbow flare.

When to use it

Use for long-head triceps volume with programmable resistance, angle choice, and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
