Incline Triceps Extension (Machine)

How to do it

Sit at the incline triceps extension machine and grip the handles with elbows aligned to the pivot. Press down to full extension, then let the handles return slowly to a deep elbow bend.

Setup

Adjust the incline seat, elbow support, and start position so the elbows align with the machine pivot and begin in a comfortable deep bend. Hold both handles evenly with straight wrists.

Where you should feel it

Through both triceps along the supported incline path, with the front shoulders maintaining upper-arm position. Stop before any forced elbow or shoulder range.

When to use it

Use for stable long-head triceps volume close to fatigue when balance should not limit the set. Controlled sets of 8-15 reps work well.
