Bicep Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Bicep Curl, Curl (Digital Resistance), Standing Biceps Curl (Digital Resistance), Standing Curl (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set matched digital-resistance handles low and hold one in each hand with palms forward and both elbows tucked at your sides. Curl both handles toward your shoulders, squeeze your biceps, then lower under control to full extension without leaning or letting the elbows drift.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly at the low position and stand centered with light starting tension. Hold palms forward, wrists neutral, elbows beside your ribs, shoulders down, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

Through both biceps during the curl and programmed return, with the forearms stabilizing the handles. Uneven motion, elbow drift, or torso lean means the resistance or setup needs adjustment.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral curls with independent handles and controlled resistance. It supports even side-to-side work and quick load or resistance-profile changes in moderate rep ranges.
