Close-Grip Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Close-Grip Curl

How to do it

Attach a straight or EZ-style bar to matched low digital-resistance cables and hold it with both palms up and hands inside shoulder width. Curl toward the shoulders without letting the elbows travel forward, squeeze the biceps, then lower slowly against the programmed resistance to full extension.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance cables low with matched lengths and attach a bar that permits a comfortable narrow grip. Keep palms up, wrists straight, elbows beside the ribs, shoulders down, feet stable, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

Through both biceps during the curl and loaded return with the narrow grip emphasizing the outer/long-head region, while the forearms assist and the core prevents sway.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral narrow-grip biceps volume and eccentric control. Favor controlled sets of 10-20 reps.
