Cross Body Hammer Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Cross Body Hammer Curl, Cross Body Curl (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Stand side-on to the XR-Gear digital-resistance handle set low and grip it with a neutral, palm-in grip. Curl the handle up and across your body toward the opposite shoulder, keeping the elbow tucked, then lower it under control to a full stretch. Complete the reps on one side before switching.

Setup

Stand side-on to the low digital-resistance cable with the working arm nearest the unit and hold the handle in a neutral grip. Keep the wrist straight, elbow pinned beside the ribs, shoulders level, feet stable, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

Through the brachialis, outer biceps, and forearm during the diagonal curl and loaded return, while the core prevents rotation. Keep the upper arm still.

When to use it

Use for programmable unilateral biceps and brachialis volume with eccentric control through a cross-body path. Favor 10-20 reps per side.
