Lying Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Lying Curl

How to do it

Lie face-down on a bench facing the low digital-resistance cables and hold one matched handle in each hand with both arms extended toward the anchors. Keep both upper arms still as you curl the handles toward the shoulders, squeeze the biceps, then lower slowly against the programmed resistance to full extension.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance cables low and match their lengths, then lie face-down on a stable bench facing the unit. Hold one handle in each hand with palms up, wrists straight, shoulders down, and both upper arms supported or fixed.

Where you should feel it

Through both biceps during the curl and loaded return, with the forearms maintaining the matched grips. Keep the chest supported and avoid drawing the elbows backward.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral biceps volume and eccentric control with the torso supported. Favor controlled sets of 8-15 reps with matched resistance.
