Overhead Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Overhead Curl, High Curls (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set two digital-resistance cables high and stand centered with one handle in each hand, upper arms raised beside your head. Keeping the upper arms still, curl the handles toward your temples, squeeze the biceps, then extend the elbows slowly to the overhead stretch.

Setup

Set both high cables evenly and stand centered with palms facing inward or toward you. Keep the upper arms near head height, wrists straight, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

In the biceps through the curl and lengthened return, with the shoulders holding the upper arms steady. Elbows should not drift forward or down.

When to use it

Use for biceps hypertrophy in a lengthened overhead position with programmable resistance. Favor controlled sets of 10-15 reps.
