Overhead Curl (Resistance Band)

Also called High Curls (Resistance Band)

How to do it

Anchor the band overhead and hold an end in each hand with arms extended. Curl your hands down toward your forehead, squeezing the biceps, then return slowly to full extension.

Setup

Anchor two band ends securely high and wide, then stand centered holding one end in each hand with upper arms raised. Match the tension, keep wrists straight, elbows fixed, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

In both biceps with tension highest near the stretched arms-raised position, while the front shoulders and core hold alignment. Control the band through the return.

When to use it

Use for portable arms-raised biceps work, warm-ups, or higher-repetition volume. Smooth sets of 12-20 reps work well.
