Preacher Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Preacher Curl

How to do it

Rest your triceps on the preacher pad and grip the digital-resistance handle with an underhand grip. Curl toward your shoulder squeezing the biceps, then lower under control to a full stretch.

Setup

Align the preacher pad with the low digital-resistance cable and set both sides evenly when using two handles. Rest the upper arms fully on the pad with palms up, wrists straight, and elbows aligned.

Where you should feel it

In the biceps during both the curl and programmable loaded return, with the forearms maintaining the grip. The upper arms should stay fixed on the pad.

When to use it

Use for repeatable preacher-curl volume with programmable resistance and eccentric control. Favor deliberate sets of 8-15 reps.
