Reverse Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Reverse Curl

How to do it

Set both digital-resistance handles low or attach a straight bar and take an even shoulder-width overhand grip. Keep both elbows beside your ribs as you curl toward your shoulders, then lower slowly to full extension without bending the wrists or leaning backward.

Setup

Set two digital-resistance handles evenly or use a low straight-bar attachment. Hold overhand at shoulder width with straight wrists, elbows tucked, shoulders down, and torso braced.

Where you should feel it

Through both top and thumb-side forearms with the biceps assisting during the curl and loaded return. Keep the wrists fixed and elbows from drifting forward.

When to use it

Use for programmable forearm-focused curl volume and eccentric control. Favor repeatable bilateral sets of 8-15 reps.
