Reverse Curl (Machine)

How to do it

Sit at the reverse curl machine and grip the handles with palms facing down. Curl the handles up toward your shoulders keeping elbows pinned, then lower with control back to full extension.

Setup

Adjust the seat and pad so the elbows align with the machine pivot and the upper arms remain supported. Hold the pronated handles evenly with straight wrists and relaxed shoulders.

Where you should feel it

Through the top and thumb-side forearms with the biceps assisting along the supported path. Stop before any forced wrist or elbow position.

When to use it

Use for stable forearm-focused curl volume close to fatigue when torso momentum should be eliminated. Controlled sets of 8-15 reps fit well.
