Reverse Curl (Resistance Band)
How to do it
Stand on the anchored resistance band with an overhand grip, elbows tucked at your sides. Curl your hands up toward your shoulders, then slowly lower back to the start under tension.
Setup
Stand evenly on the center of the band and hold both ends with palms facing down. Match the band length, keep wrists straight, elbows tucked, shoulders down, and torso tall.
Where you should feel it
Through the top and thumb-side forearms with the biceps assisting and resistance increasing toward the top. Control the return without letting the wrists fold.
When to use it
Use for portable forearm-focused curl work, warm-ups, or higher-repetition finishers. Smooth sets of 12-20 reps suit the rising resistance.
