Wide Curl (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set the digital-resistance cable low and hold a bar or two linked handles wider than shoulder width with palms up. Keep your elbows near your sides, curl toward your shoulders, squeeze the biceps, then extend slowly to the start.

Setup

Stand centered over the low digital-resistance cable with an even wide underhand grip, straight wrists, tucked elbows, and an upright braced torso.

Where you should feel it

In the biceps during both the curl and loaded return, with the forearms holding the grip and the core preventing sway. Keep the shoulders from rolling forward.

When to use it

Use for repeatable wide-grip biceps volume with programmable resistance and eccentric control. Controlled sets of 8-15 reps work well.
